Beautifully situated at the foot of the Titiwangsa Range opposite the former British colonial heritage mines, the Masjid Darul Quran of the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (JAKIM) in Kuala Kubu Bharu, Selangor, is seen as a very peaceful mosque. The mosque prayer room is also used as a classroom for certain subjects, as well as a location for students to recite the Quran. Masjid Darul Quran JAKIM also received congregations from students of Kuala Kubu Bharu Mara Junior Science College (MRSM) and the National Youth Skills Institute, who came to perform Friday prayers.
